Account and Data Deletion

Delete your Drivvo account

In the app (Android and iOS): open the menu and go to More → My account → Delete account, then confirm. This is the fastest way and deletes your account directly from the app.

In the web version (web.drivvo.com): the same path — More → My account → Delete account.

By request: if you cannot access the app, send an e-mail to support@drivvo.com from your registered address, with the subject "Account deletion". We will respond within 30 business days.

Data that is deleted:

Name, e-mail, phone, saved addresses, vehicles, fuel-ups, charges, expenses, income, services, routes, reminders, checklists, odometer readings, and attached files.

Data that is retained, and for how long:

• Security logs: 30 days

Tax invoices issued in connection with payments are kept in our accounting records, separately from the platform, for the period required by applicable tax law. All other data is deleted together with the account, as described above.

Deleting your account does not cancel recurring subscriptions. You remain responsible for canceling any active subscription on the platform where it was purchased:

• Google Play: Play Store → Subscriptions
• App Store: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
• Web payments, where applicable

Delete data without closing your account

You do not need to delete your entire account to remove data. Directly in the app you can:

• Delete an individual vehicle together with all of its history: More → Vehicles → Delete
• Delete specific records (fuel-ups, expenses, and others): History → tap the record → Delete

If a particular deletion is not available in the app, you can request it by e-mail at support@drivvo.com from your registered address.
